  I recently went here and Danee greeted me with so much kindness! she was super sweet and she helped me throughout my experience. The employee's enthusiasm to assist customers were incomparable to hers, she created such a lovely atmosphere within the store, and I plan on coming back soon!

  I had hoped that spending the amount of money that I did, I'd have well-fitted, dependable bras. I walked in needing to buy larger sizes than I'd had in the past, having gained a considerable amount of weight. The associate measured me and then made recommendations, which I took. Based solely on the associate's recommendations, I purchased 2 bras. After hand washing the 1st and wearing it twice, the bra ripped. Mind you, I was wearing the size that was recommended by the associate. It was also incredibly uncomfortable. The 2nd bra was taken on vacation recently and showed under everything. Every underwire, every cup, every bulge, everything showed. The bra can only be worn under a thick sweater. It was hideous, awkward, uncomfortable, and poorly fitted. What a piece of garbage. Ultimately, I'm a few hundred bucks down with nothing to show for it. Never will I buy another shred of fabric from this brand.

  If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. What an absolute HORRID experience I had with two of the associates working at this location. Clearly, Intimissimi didn't train them on how to speak with or deal with customers, including how to process a return, without corporate's help. I would steer very clear of this location.

  Rudest and most incompetent sales associates I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Also, my bra broke within 2 months. I would shop literally ANYWHERE else if you need undergarments.

  Jessica was so helpful in figuring out what bra and panties worked best for my girlfriend I would highly recommend, great shopping experience
