I purchased several items the day before but didn’t have time to try them on. I returned the next day because one item didn’t fit the way I liked and another was too big. The total value of what I was returning was around $410. The first employee who greeted me immediately asked why I was returning the items. When I explained they didn’t fit the way I expected, he responded in a way that felt questioning and defensive, almost as if I had done something wrong. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt negative and unwelcoming. I was the only customer in the store, yet it seemed like they were intentionally taking their time bringing out other sizes when I decided to try on a few more pieces. Later, a Latina employee arrived and her attitude also felt cold and dismissive. Eventually, a third employee handled the actual refund process. By that time, the situation already felt uncomfortable. I decided to purchase new items totaling about $140, but I was told my balance was “negative -228,” which was confusing and poorly explained. I asked them to process the refund separately and charge the new items on their own. During a brief phone call, I noticed they had taken both the returned items and the new items I intended to buy without clarifying. I had to remind them that I still wanted the new pieces. I ended up completing the purchase because I genuinely like the brand, but the customer service at this location was unprofessional and unpleasant. I’m not sure if this reflects store policy or just the staff, but it left a very bad impression.
