  I had a very negative experience here and can’t help but to feel like I was racially profiled. I came to return an order that I received in the mail the day prior. The quality of the clothing was not what I’d wanted. I ordered multiple of the same top and only tried on one black top. When processing my return, the sales associate was taking very long inspecting every inch of each piece. For reference, she took about 10 minutes to return five items, because she was looking over each piece with intense scrutiny. Eventually, she rejected two of my items because one black top had a very small smudge of makeup on the INSIDE of the top, and a white top (That I had not even tried on) had a smudge the size of a pencil eraser again on the INSIDE bottom hem of the top. The areas she was pointing out were so small I had to actively look for them when she was trying to show them to me. I have never had an experience like this in my life. In fact, it is very frequent where floor items have a small smear of makeup from being tried on. They are all still on the floor available for purchase. She refused to return both items. I ended up going all the way to Willowbrook Mall and they returned both shirts with no issue. I do not understand why this sales associate was on a mission to refuse my return, as the associates in Willowbrook Mall were nothing but nice and gave me no issues. I will never be back here and I do plan to file a corporate complaint because this is totally unacceptable.

  If you do not go to Express first, if u are a single newly divorced out of time guy, as I was, u will not succeed as fast as u can at this place. Rachel, and the absolutely awesome Victoria were just remarkable. I was in a pickle let’s say and Rachel assured me that Express would pull off this dinner for me. Victoria was my girl and from head to toe, I got exactly what I needed. That girl is to be commended. She made me an Express buyer for life. Just an absolute gem of a woman and Rachel, u were spot on. U girls Rock! Once I become a millionaire and in a short time, u both will not be forgotten. Remember this….you just never know who exactly ur helping! U will see me again. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

  I visited this store to exchange something that I wasn’t happy with (tags still attached and NOT worn) and because I was 4 days over the 30 day return policy they REFUSED to even let me exchange it. I planned on spending at least $200 or more in addition to what I would’ve gotten back ($88) but to be honest the staff in this store is NEVER pleasant and the last few times I visited this location they are either talking to each other instead of helping customers, on their phones or the best? …. was the time that I had to walk to the front of the store to have someone ring me up after standing at the register for at least 5 minutes waiting because they were too busy chit chatting to each other. Now I’ve been a store manager in the retail world for almost 40 years and I’ve NEVER heard of any company that wouldn’t at least give you a store credit or an exchange for something else…..it was a few DAYS over not MONTHS or YEARS. I highly doubt that I will visit this location again and will most likely cancel my EXPRESS credit card …. This visit def left a bad taste. Oh and btw … when I asked for the customer service phone number, the manager on duty gave me some random number that seemed sort of legit when I called right after I left the store, but when I tried it again the next day just because I felt like it was the most unprofessional phone call I ever experienced, I got a message saying that the “Verizon Wireless customer is currently unavailable”? Like the saying goes …”you mess with the bull you get the horns”… 1 star because zero isn’t an option. WORST STORE EVER!!!
