I will never go to this american eagle again after the experience i had I had a very disappointing experience with the way the manager with blonde hair and glasses treats the teenage employees. I have witnessed her yelling at employees and speaking to them in a disrespectful and humiliating way, especially considering that many of them are teenagers who are just trying to do their jobs. The employees were extremely helpful and offered me plenty of assistance, but the manager with blonde hair and glasses constantly pressured them to open credit cards. What was even more unprofessional was hearing her talk negatively about customers in front of other customers. Employees and customers should both be treated with basic respect, and management should be setting a positive example rather than creating an uncomfortable environment. I hope upper management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the way employees and customers are being treated. No one should feel uncomfortable or belittled while simply trying to work or shop.

The manager in charge that was there today September 16th, 2026 with blonde hair was so rude. I went in today 30 minutes before closing (8:30pm) to do a return, as I was doing my return I heard the manager literally yelled at her employees and then processed to talk to costumers that were waiting in line with such a bad attitude. I’m so tired of managers mistreating teenagers working in retail, the way she spoke to them kids was unacceptable.

Cannot say enough great things about the customer service at this location. This was the final stop of the day for me after striking out at multiple locations for jeans. Kevin back in the fitting room was nothing shy of amazing and provides me alternative options when the first round I tried on wasn't hitting the mark. Will be back!!

Today I went to the store and when I was about to check out the cashier was extremely rude to me. I told her thank you so much and have a great they and she ignored me. I also asked her a simple question nicely and she answered me back like if I was a little child. This made me feel like I was dumb. This should not be happening because they are cashiers not my family or friends. This was not a great experience. I hope this won't happen again the next time I'm going.
