  Horrible customer service. I went to exchange the size of a set I purchased, and all the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be approached. When I finally got someone to help me, she had a terrible attitude, took my set, and disappeared for about 20 minutes while I waited by the fitting rooms. Eventually, I went looking for her and found out she had just left my set behind the register. I then had to ask another employee to get it back for me. Definitely not the level of service I expected from this brand.

  One of the worst customer experiences I’ve encountered. Everyone there is extremely unhelpful and overall miserable.

  I had the BEST experience at Alo thanks to Bella! I originally came to the store looking for one specific sweater that was sold out online, and after searching everywhere I was so disappointed because it wasn’t on the floor. While checking out, I casually mentioned it to Bella, and instead of just saying “sorry,” she actually remembered that someone may have returned it earlier that day. She took the time to check the return bin for me — and somehow found the exact sweater in my size! She completely made my day. Bella was genuinely one of the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful employees I’ve ever met. You can tell she truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond. Alo is lucky to have someone like her representing the brand. Thank you again Bella 💛

  I met Krystal today during the crazy sale and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond. Answered my questions when it came to sizing. I’ve met other Alo ladies there and they are awesome.

  I tried on a few things I wanted, made my purchase, and then noticed another jacket I loved that one of the store associates was wearing. I asked if they carried it in the store, and Bella was so lovely. She went above and beyond to find that one jacket for me — even though it was sold out both in-store and online. She somehow managed to locate one hidden in the bins in the back, and I got it! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was truly a pleasure to shop there. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Bella absolutely made my day.
