  We spent the Saturday at the Westfield Garden State Plaza Mall looking through athletic stores, and the Alo store within the mall was miles above the rest of them, both in terms of presentation and customer service. One of their representatives, Clara, was amazing at describing each of your popular products, both men’s and women’s, along with how they compare to the rest of the market and global statistics. From our experience with customer service in similar stores, Clara was certainly an A+ representation of your brand. We will definitely be stopping by here more often!

  Another version of a Lululemon with somewhat less color styles and about the same pricing. Material is even thinner... not sure if that's intentional or not? At least the lines were better here and greeter at the front was quick to say hi.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whenever I need something, I always come to this store. The staff is always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They make every visit a great experience, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Alo Yoga store. I returned a pair of shorts ($47), and when I asked for my return receipt, the employee told me it was emailed to me. I never received any email confirmation or receipt. When I called the store to figure out what happened, the woman who answered was rude and immediately questioned me about when I “supposedly” made the return instead of trying to help resolve the issue. On top of that, they claimed they never received anything from me. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and made me feel like I was being accused of lying. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. Never again.
