  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whenever I need something, I always come to this store. The staff is always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They make every visit a great experience, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Alo Yoga store. I returned a pair of shorts ($47), and when I asked for my return receipt, the employee told me it was emailed to me. I never received any email confirmation or receipt. When I called the store to figure out what happened, the woman who answered was rude and immediately questioned me about when I “supposedly” made the return instead of trying to help resolve the issue. On top of that, they claimed they never received anything from me. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and made me feel like I was being accused of lying. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. Never again.

  Horrible customer service. I went to exchange the size of a set I purchased, and all the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be approached. When I finally got someone to help me, she had a terrible attitude, took my set, and disappeared for about 20 minutes while I waited by the fitting rooms. Eventually, I went looking for her and found out she had just left my set behind the register. I then had to ask another employee to get it back for me. Definitely not the level of service I expected from this brand.

  I had the BEST experience at Alo thanks to Bella! I originally came to the store looking for one specific sweater that was sold out online, and after searching everywhere I was so disappointed because it wasn’t on the floor. While checking out, I casually mentioned it to Bella, and instead of just saying “sorry,” she actually remembered that someone may have returned it earlier that day. She took the time to check the return bin for me — and somehow found the exact sweater in my size! She completely made my day. Bella was genuinely one of the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful employees I’ve ever met. You can tell she truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond. Alo is lucky to have someone like her representing the brand. Thank you again Bella 💛
