- AMazizah muhammad4 days ago1.0Today my sister sent me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday... when the buzzer rang I opened the door for the delivery person... but no one came and knocked on my door... as I leave to check to see if a package came for me, I open the door and see the box on the floor outside my door (no bag/unsealed). The problem with this is twofold... there are dogs on my floor, and the thought of them coming by my food package smelling it or worse, relieving themselves near it is totally disgusting... if the delivery person could being it to my door... why didn't he/she just knock on the door and hand me my package... they knew I was home because I buzzed them in... this delivery person should be reprimanded for the poor quality if service and the total lack of concern for food delivery... 😕.... terrible, terrible customer service... never again from nutley

- VVVivJan 3, 20242.0I received a Christmas gift from this place, the fruits were inedible, the strawberries dipped in chocolate, some rotten and some not ripe, the pineapple completely unripe. I felt sorry for the money spent and I had to throw away a nice detail. For what they charge for their arrangements, they should at least choose the fruits.👎👎
