My experience is not good already, life safer has charge a violation fee to my account while the install was happening....I had even gotten thale car back at the time...this was today a couple of hours ago!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been lied to since I joined with this company. My best advice is to try another company. I’ve been with lifesafer for a little over two months and still haven’t heard back from a supervisor. BTW they make you wait 2 to 3 days before a supervisor reach back out. I just got off the phone with a rep who wasn’t helping me and I asked can I speak to someone else and he flat out said no. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Please spend your money elsewhere

I have never had such a horrible experience with this company. The customer reps are not helpful or knowledgeable and rude The practices are shady. I have noticed lies, various inconsistencies of information provided to me, lack of knowledge to questions. I would have never used this company if I knew this would be the experience I’d have. I would never recommend Lifesafer to anyone who has to go through getting interlock.
