- VDVictoria DragishOct 8, 20261.0The delivery my friend received from this location was VERY DISAPPOINTING. For the amount I paid it was terrible. There was no balloon attached, the flowers were wilted and the fruit was lackluster at best. Sadly I won't order from this location again. They ask for feedback, you provide the feedback then they do nothing to fix it.

My correct phone number was included with the order, yet no attempt was made to call or contact me regarding the delivery. It is very concerning that an order can be marked as delivered when it was never actually received, especially without any communication from the driver. Given the cost of these arrangements, customers should be able to expect reliable delivery and proper communication if there is an issue. I hope this matter is addressed promptly and that either a replacement or refund is provided. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

I went inside to speak with someone, (heavy set, African American woman) who was very rude about it. Did not offer a replacement or refund. Did not apologize and walked off while I was speaking with her. One of my family members also had an issue when speaking with her as well. If she continues to treat customers poorly, I don’t believe she is fit to work for this location. I live a few minutes away and have always received gifts from this location. I do plan to call corporate as well so hopefully get this situation rectified.
