- JGJessica Ann Garciatoday1.0Extremely disappointing customer service. My sister accidentally left her purse with a pair of New Balance shoes at this location. She called the store shortly afterward, explained the situation, and asked if an employee could check for it. Instead of taking a moment to look, she was told they couldn’t check and would simply take her name and phone number in case it turned up while they were cleaning. Mind you, the store was practically empty when we were there, so it’s frustrating that such a simple request couldn’t be accommodated. Just five minutes later, they called back saying they had found the purse. When my sister returned to retrieve it, they also asked her to provide identification, despite her ID being inside the very purse she was trying to recover. While we’re grateful the purse was found, the entire situation could have been handled with much more professionalism, consideration, and common sense. A customer shouldn’t have to feel like they’re inconveniencing employees simply by asking for help locating a lost personal belonging. Very disappointing experience.

- MGmalena gripperJun 24, 20262.0Do not order for same day pickup from here! I placed an order for same day for literally ONE pair of toddler crocs needing them for the next day, 4-5 hours go by still says it was processing and the store was closing at 8. I called into customer service, the guy said he contacted the store and it would be ready for pickup in 30 mins. Waited around for another hr until I realized I’m better off just cancelling it and going to the mall to get it because clearly the order wasn't going to be fulfilled the same day, the store was closing in a hr. Misinformation on the website. If it won’t be ready same day, take that off the website!
