- HHHector HerreraMay 14, 20241.0I live in Florida. I’ve been ordering edible arrangements with flowers numerous times. However, this has to be my worst experience ever. My sister lives in Montclair New Jersey. She was picking up my 94 year old mother to spend Mother’s Day at her house. It was supposed to be an afternoon delivery which ended up being late almost 6 o’clock in the evening. The arrangement was horrible. The dots on the chocolate were all over the fruits. The basket bag inside was Condensed. The flowers were distressed. Looks like they’ve been riding around the van all day. I called the store and spoke to the manager David. He gave me 1001 excuses wanted to deliver another basket, but by that time, my mother had gone back home. I should have looked at his reviews. He ratesan F in Better Business Bureau. before ordering From this location.

Then he says they open at 9 am Sunday but according to the Internet they are closed on Sunday. VERY Unprofessional. I'm going to try my Best to cancel this Order and purchase at another Location.
