  My wife's bracelet broke. I went into the store and the service was great. They stopped what they were doing and helped me right away. I will be definitely going back there again.

  They are Amazing and So Friendly. I took my jewelry in to be cleaned and repaired they did an Awesome job I'm so pleased with what they did. Definitely going back to make a purchase they have Beautiful pieces

  Wonderful craftsmanship. I had a very vintage watch of my mother who recently passed. My girls wanted something from my mother, and Lori did an amazing job with grabbing some vintage jewelry and making a wristwatch watch band. My daughter absolutely loves it. I took it back to get the correct sizing and they are just so wonderful and so personable. It just really makes the passing of my mom a little easier, knowing that her things are going to be cherished and taken care of By the right professionals

  I was highly recomended to go to Fera's to sell my unwanted gold and was told the owner was a decent honest guy. Boy was that wrong. I left feeling ripped off. Two women in the store, no jewlery on display. I had a large amout of gold they weighed.I asked about the going rate of gold and was given a really low number. I know they are out to make money but I was most definatly taken advantage of. So to anyone that wants to sell your unwanted gold dont go to Feras'. It may have been a good honest place but not anymore!

  Truly, this is the best place to sell or buy jewelry. They have the most valuable items and offer the highest prices for your jewelry if you’re willing to sell it. I’ve been a customer for over 13 years, also at the Clayton location, which is unfortunately closed now,it is worth checking out. They have the most beautiful unique pieces
