  Edible Arrangments, Middlesex, makes beautiful arrangements and deliver quickly. Some of the fruit wasn't ripe yet- cantaloupe and honey dew were very hard and not very flavorful. Called the store but no answer. Will order again- perhaps when the fruit is more in season.

  I visited this establishment to pick up an Uber Eats order and was disappointed by the level of customer service and professionalism. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter was assisting another customer, which I completely understood, so I waited patiently. However, there was no greeting, eye contact, acknowledgment, or indication of where delivery drivers should wait for pickups. While I was waiting, another driver walked in and was helped before me, despite me arriving first. Even after politely mentioning that I had been waiting, I was still ignored for several more moments. This review is not written out of anger, but simply to highlight the importance of basic customer service. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, and respectful communication go a long way in any business. I was raised to value respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in my experience here.

  I have no complaints about the product itself; my family thoroughly enjoyed the fruit bouquets—they were fresh and delicious, and the delivery was prompt. However, my disappointment arose when I went to pick up my order: there was a young girl—who was barefoot—climbing inside the refrigerator with the door wide open, her bare feet actually inside the fridge! Furthermore, the girl's mother—or at least I assume she was her mother—was also sitting in the waiting area chairs, and she, too, was barefoot! Honestly, this reflects very poorly on the business; and while I believe the fruit was prepared with great care, this incident certainly casts doubt on the establishment's safety and hygiene standards. This feedback is intended for the owner, urging them to exercise much greater oversight regarding the staff working at this location. One final observation: the place looks incredibly empty; when I walked in, I actually thought they were in the process of vacating the store.

  Did not receive full order on the expected delivery date. The flowers came the following day and some were broken. Disappointed in the quality of flowers.
