  I had a fantastic experience at Watches of Switzerland. I have had the pleasure of working with Mitch for the past few weeks. And he has gone above and beyond helping me get a Tudor Watch. Even on his day off he has responded and also Dave has helped me while Mitch was off. This just goes to show that the team as a whole is willing to do whatever it takes for a customer to be well taken care of. Everyone else who I dealt with was very nice and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and purchase another watch.

  Went into store three occasions so far. Met Courtney on first visit. She was great to work with and as into watches as I am. Went back yesterday waited for her and purchased the new Black Bay on 5 link bracelet. Overall great experience despite my indecisiveness on new 58 vs GMT. Would highly recommend working with Courtney and can’t wait for the next visit!

  We had an outstanding experience at Watches of Switzerland in Marlton, thanks to Courtney. My husband and I came in to purchase his first brand new Rolex, and she made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. From the moment we arrived for our appointment, Courtney and the staff greeted us warmly, offered us beverages, and made us feel comfortable right away. Courtney’s communication was excellent throughout, she answered every question, and demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about my husband’s watch. What really stood out was how accommodating and professional she was during our visit. She took the time to ensure the experience felt special without ever feeling rushed. We highly recommend Watches of Switzerland, and if you’re planning a visit, definitely ask for Courtney, you won’t be disappointed. I’m looking foward to purchasing for myself next time!

  Recently purchased a white dial Speedy from Brian. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I had some issues with the watch but Brian and David were more than generous with their time to help meet my expectations. We've spent several days together and as a result I feel like they're a part of my family now. Can not recommend this location enough! I plan on being a repeat customer in the future and look forward to spending more time with my new brothers as I navigate this expensive hobby. Cheers!
