I walked into the Madewell store at the Promenade and met Donna, the Jean Guru. She pulled different styles and washes, and I ended up with 3 pairs that fit great. Highly recommend if you want help with shopping and a great selection of well made staples.

I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time and when I went to check out the THREE employees working at the time stared right at me and turned away and continued their conversation for at least 1-2 minutes. I almost thought they weren’t employees so I didn’t say anything. I never leave bad reviews but as a customer service worker myself this was terrible service for a place that is not cheap.
