Instead of simply informing me that my order was on backorder, they actually called to complain about it, as if it were somehow my fault. Their attitude was rude and nasty, and they seemed more interested in shifting blame than providing good customer service. Delays can happen, but treating customers this way is unacceptable. If you’re on back order then that is not my problem. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this business based on my experience.

I had called to redo a recent order, and Janice not only listened to my concerns, but truly understood what I was asking for. She immediately responded to the situation and sent the most beautiful fresh fruit summer platter along with chocolate-covered strawberries. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and absolutely delicious. I ended up having dinner at the home where the arrangement was delivered, and everyone was so impressed. The family loved it, and I was thrilled with how everything turned out. Janice was kind, professional, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Janice, for treating me so well and for providing the very best service. I will definitely be ordering from Edible Arrangements in Mahwah again and highly recommend them to others.

By 10:30AM on 5/10, it still hadnt arrived, and the online tracker only said "received by store". I called this store and got no answer. I submitted a cancellation online, subsequently the tracker updated to order completed, and I still have no refund 3 days later.

Glad I went directly thru the Edible Arrangement website. No need to go thru a third party, they couldn't promise same day delivery. 5/5 would do this again.
