She was helping other customers even after waiting in the store for 5 minutes. When asked about the order she would Argue about the order. And instead of finding my order she proceeded to help other customers just to tell me that there was another ten minutes wait. Very rude customer service will not be bringing my business here

I sent an arrangement to be delivered at a specific building on a college campus ( and I'm 1200 miles away) with specific instructions and they nailed it. This was for one of my children's birthdays where I couldn't be there but this location came through with flying colors. Highly recommended for Seton Hall University parents looking for a special birthday delivery for their child.

Ruined my mom’s birthday experience. They do not pick up their phone. I don’t recommend this store for delivery orders.

Is so disrespectful and called me out my name. The 1800 -# that they leave is not the corporate number at all. It’s in fact the manager herself. I placed the order on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday to my boyfriend for his birthday st 5pm that’s when he starts his shift and they delivered it 1:37pm!!! Leaving it there for 3.5 hours All she can say is sorry. customer service is bad!!! DO NOT order from them at all. This is a real review!!!!!!
