He’s been doing this a long time and it shows in his knowledge and professionalism of his field. Additionally, there were lots of customers in and out every time I went to the store (the process was so cool Rick ordered multiple stones for me to see in person and choose from for the ring) all the customers left with a smile on their face the same way they were greeted!
