- VHViv Harmon1 day ago2.0Nordstrom Rack itself is great!! Great products and good prices. Something not so great: I went to use a gift card i received to buy something. The young lady said she tried the card but the card was coming up as inactive so it was never activated. She asked of I wanted her to just throw the card away. I said no and retained it. Called nordstrom and they advised the pin was put in wrong 3 times by the caahier... so the card was locked. Had I given it to her.... (well never mind). Could be an honest mistake. Didn't love this.
