  Such a pleasant shopping experience! The staff is what makes this place shine!!! The associate Laurie along with the managerial staff were so helpful in getting me an outfit for the weekend! The store was so clean and organized. It was a breath of fresh air to enjoy an environment that is positive! Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in!!

  Such a wonderful experience every time I step foot in. The staff is incredible, from the managers to the associates. They all consistently ensure that you are attended to and they display exceptional customer service. The store is always clean and very organized. So happy we have a J. Crew Factory so close to us! Thank you for all of your hard work. You all rock!

  Today I visited JCrew a the staff was amazing there. A associate helped me with my purchases and even paired my outfit for me. Go JCrew!!

  Amazing customer service. I'd like to mention one employee in particular, Eric Adames for his outstanding customer service. He personally helped me find the shirts in the particular size I needed. You need more valuable employees like him. He is truly a gem!
