  I came into DSW , with one mission to get shoe shine for my leather shoes. I wanted the all colors instant shine sponge. When I came in I looked in the exact spot where there supposed to be and it wasn’t there. I then proceeded to ask the employee at the register if there another location they may be located or if she can check in back to see if there is anymore. She said very sharply and quickly “Where you looked is only what we have floor and there is none in the back “, without even confirming on the computer to see how much they may have on hand. I acknowledge. I sat down at the entrance bench and proceed to attempt to order online. Then Paul the store manager, came just in time before I checked out online , greeted to me and asked how I was doing. My past encounters with Paul always have me leaving DSW with amazing experience. I was glad to see him and I knew from the past of I ask he would attempt to help me no matter how small or big the item is. When I asked him the same question, without hesitation he said let me check in the back. He checked and found a few. Since he found the item I was looking for , I asked can I get 2 more. Honestly I just I just needed one but because he actually looked in back and found one , and made my experience go from bad to amazing. I said let me buy 2 more. Paul is a great guy and he always go above and beyond for his customers. I may not always come to get shoes but when I come in and Paul is there ; i know my experience will be a great one. Thank you again Paul for making my customer experience amazing and keep me coming back.

  They always have restroom closed or not working Same as McD ice-cream machine!!

  This place has a truly great selection of shoes, including a decent variety of non-hideous options for sandals with healthy soles. Prices are reasonable and the people who work there are very nice. The only downside is that the atmosphere is a bit oppressive and tiring.

  Covid caused so much mental illness it’s just crazy. Now their bathrooms are closed. Why? No doubt the lazy employees don’t want to clean them. What’s next??? A mask to get in. Six years and people are still acting nuts!
