  If I could leave a no star I would. I have never had bad customer service like this in my life. I paid almost 200 for 3 things and paid for the hour service. I was excited and it took 2 hours. I called 3 times to talk only to be met with an attitude. All I asked was how long was this going to take since I paid for the hour service. Only to be met with attitude. Then when the order was received it was missing the card and the plushie I brought. NEVER order from this location. I don’t even leave reviews. Hopefully I get a refund on the plushie but the way this location is I’m prob not. I have screen shots for all my stuff so fingers crossed. But I will never deal with this location again

  Very poor service I placed an order on june 29th so my daughter in law could get it for her Birthday on june 30th and she didnt get anything all day so I called them at 4:11 and asked where is my order the woman said on the truck I said you are only eight blockes away she said it will get there between 5:30 and 6:00, but we close at 5:00, it said it was delivered but she never received it I tried calling but they were closed how can you have people delivering but you are closed so if someone has something missing from there order they cant call till the next day to let them know, never again and they were only 8 block's away poor business.
