  My husband bought a gorgeous Bromeliad for a special occasion from here. The staff amazing, kind and helpful. The plant unique and beautiful. The problem were the uninvited fungus gnats that came with the plant which infested all of our other plants and taken over our home.

  I called ahead and then visited to have a small bouquet put together for a friend’s bachelorette party tonight. I simply wanted to bring the bride a thoughtful little gift, and since she loves roses, I was hoping for something pretty and appropriate for the occasion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the customer service and the final product. I felt rushed throughout the experience, and no one took the time to ask basic questions like what color wrapping wanted. The bouquet was handed to me with purple wrapping and a yellow ribbon, which felt much more like an Easter arrangement than something for a bride-to-be. it was already wrapped, so I felt bad asking them to change it, especially after everyone seemed annoyed with any questions or requests I made, So I decided to redo it myself. More importantly, the overall attitude made me feel as though the priority was getting me out the door rather than making sure I was happy with my purchase. For $58, I expected a little more attention to detail and customer care and had that in the case, I would’ve probably spent more. I understand businesses get busy, but a few simple questions and a little consideration would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my $ would have been better spent somewhere else, and I won’t be returning.
