  I’d like to say thank you to this very polite and sweet young employee at the Jackson Outlet’s American Eagle… her name is Morgan. My credit card had expired and she got my account open again which allowed me to purchase more clothing with the discount that was provided. I will return to the American Eagle in Jackson NJ knowing an employee like Morgan exists that went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with doing business that day. She’s got Manager type energy. Thank you Morgan 👏🏻☺️

  Unfriendly, rude, and haughty—that’s what the young woman who served us was like. She practically threw the items at us; when I went to make an exchange, she tried to charge me for the product all over again, all while scowling and handling the bags aggressively. A very unpleasant service experience. She is the type of employee who tarnishes the store's good reputation.

  My husband who signed up for the perks was not asked for his phone number or if he was a member but the same cashier asked the next customer if she was a rewards member Now I have to ask was it a race thing???? Hate to keep doing that but when things like this keep happening I can’t help but ask that question My money is just as good as the next person Sad to say as much as I like their jeans will never buy from your company again I know I am just a small percentage but I value my money and will cut my nose to spoil my face

  I purchased two pairs of pants from the American Eagle store at Jackson Outlets. One pair developed a tear and the fabric appeared damaged after very little use. The second pair was ruined after washing, despite following the care instructions. When I returned to the store seeking assistance, the employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to help or offer a reasonable solution, even though I have an account with the company and expected much better customer service. Between the poor quality of the clothing and the disappointing customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I do not consider this store reliable and would not recommend shopping here.
