  The two stars is for how nice the ladies were that work there on Saturday. However I called today 9/6 because these sneakers I bought were missing a car that goes w them and the girl on the phone said she could check other stores to see if they have them or she could order them. So I said okay can you do that- check with other stores first. She changed her tune and said I would have to call. Smh. Then I said well can we just order them then bc the closest store is 30 min away. She said I would have to come in w my dorm of payment and order in person. Smh. So you’re telling me, as a customer, I have to do all the leg work and I have to come in two kore times to get the sneakers that should have had everything included that was supposed to be included????? This is poor customer service. Let’s also add that this store in in the middle of renovations for the like the last two years. It doesn't have an easily assessable place on the sidewalk to get a wheelchair up. You have to walk all the way towards Marshall’s or halfway around the building. And it’s operating with construction lights and the ceiling is in mid-construction. Smfh.

  I absolutely love our DSW. They are always so nice and extremely accommodating. My daughter's school shoes were too small and they were having a great BOGO Sale. Wound up getting her shook shoes and a pair of Steve Madden slip on slipper shoes like the slip on uggs but it was only $20 more. They have the best deals and I always wind up getting so much more than we pay for. I love it. My 9 year old daughter is so happy, and so am I.

  genuinely godsent humans at this dsw. was looking for a very specific steve madden sandals and almost abandoned hope when i asked gabriel who was on the floor to help me, and he directed me to where i could find it. when i didnt find it i just decided to order for pickup online and was about to leave the store when he stopped me and asked if i could find the shoe and when i told him no, he pointed me to chelsea who looked in the back and found and processed my order within 5 minutes. i love gabriel and chelsea amazing people!!!

  I always liked my local DSW in Woodbridge. I went in there today. They changed the store. They bought other merchandise into sell. Crammed everything in there. Sell mostly sneakers. No selection like it was.
