  Yesterday I bought two polo shirts for my son. Today I washed one for the first time on the delicate cycle with cold water, and this is how it turned out… This polo cost $26.50, and the quality is very poor. Unfortunately, I'm required to buy from there because of the school, and I'm very disappointed.

  I didn't have a bad experience however because this company hires youth to work, they should have a more seasoned adult working along side them. Customer service is not always the best for introverts. Although kids are still finding their voice it would be good to see that their guided by someone who can truly help them find it. The purchase experience would be better for everyone.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at this store. I went there with my family and small children, and unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed or respected. The staff’s attitude toward us was very uncomfortable. We felt like we were being judged because we had young children with us. We also overheard comments that were inappropriate and disrespectful about us, which made the situation even worse. The wait time was extremely long, and instead of anyone trying to help or make us feel comfortable, we were treated as if we did not belong there. The way some of the staff looked at and spoke to us made us feel like we needed to “look like we had money” to be treated well. No family, especially one with children, should be made to feel unwelcome or judged based on their appearance or circumstances. We came to spend our time and money at this store just like anyone else, and we expected basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and speaks with the staff about treating every customer with dignity and respect, regardless of how they look, how much money they appear to have, or whether they have children with them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store to other families.

  staff is usually friendly and very helpful. clean always stocked. and whatever isnt available in store, can be shipped. always a great experience!

  The service is helpful. The kids working are on the younger side but really do their best to be as helpful as they can. The real downfall is the uniform material is just not great. Almost all the pants except charcoal which my school doesn't allow and another gray are so itchy and stiff. The sweaters and oxfords are the same. I wish they used a different material.
