  I had a great experience with Jessica at Madewell! I bought a pair of jeans back in November and unfortunately had one issue after another with them…a repair after only about a month (that Madewell covered), then a belt loop broke, and eventually they ripped in the back. All of this happened within less than a year, so I was pretty disappointed. Jessica was super helpful though. Since the same jeans were no longer available, she brought out a bunch of different options for me to try and helped me find another pair that worked. She was so pleasant, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She made what could’ve been an annoying experience really easy. I really appreciated her help!

  I will proudly make this same review on any forum that will allow me to. Went to Madewell today to buy some jeans that would fit my 2 month postpartum body (any new mom can relate to the feeling). Well Jacqueline M. was an actual godsend with helping me find the perfect pair of jeans, that I felt comfortable and confident in. Jacqueline listened to everything I was looking for and approached assisting me with kindness, understanding, and was incredibly supportive and encouraging. This visit was exactly what I needed to feel a bit more like a human being while in the trenches of postpartum. A huge thank you to Jacqueline for making my day. She deserves a raise!!!
