She remembers my name, my style and even what I’ve bought before That’s something that really makes a difference. She makes the whole shopping experience feel personal and easy, almost like shopping with a friend. Isabel is great too, always so warm and helpful. Every visit here reminds me why great service matters. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they give.

- GGGideonAug 6, 20265.0I stopped by the Hoboken Lululemon about 15 minutes before closing, hoping to exchange a few items that didn’t fit quite right. I was expecting no help and that i could not exchange my pants, but Corinne went above and beyond. She stayed over 20 minutes after closing so I could try on different pants, and granted an exchange for pants that fit. Malika was also so helpful with processing my store credit and made everything quick and easy. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed, even though they were staying late. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days... Thank you Corrine for making what i expected to be difficult (and turned away) to an awesome surprising experience... Will continue to shop at the Hoboken Lulu.
