  Such a wonderful experience ordering a buy-online-pickup-in store! The woman who helped me at the front was so sweet and even gave me a chocolate dipped strawberry as a sample to try. Our box of fruit came out delicious, the fruit was fresh and chocolate was perfect. No complaints and I’ll be using this location more frequently now!

  Sana and her team were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me with picking out the perfect arrangement for my sister. The store is very clean, welcoming, and inviting. The arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful and was just as delicious as it looked! I will definitely be returning to place more orders in the future. Highly recommend!

  Paid 88 dollars to have order sent on Mother's Day. The driver called to say they couldn't find our mother's community, but they were sending another driver. That was the last we heard from them. No order, and no refund. After checking their FB page, it appears we were one of many with the same experience.

  I received an "INEDIBLE" FRUIT ARRANGEMENT this past Friday 3/27/26...after returning home from the hospital...and it was a terrible disappointment ! The fruit was clearly not fresh !! Upon opening the arrangement several pieces of the fruit were quite mushy and old and the strawberries were brown on the outside, the pineapple discs were slightly browned as well..the majority of the basket was comprised of very tasteless, dried out orange slices and the melon was also mushy and tasteless...The fruit was definitely not fresh at all, not sweet at all, and the arrangement was quite small for the amount it cost... The chocolate strawberries were equally disappointing. Why would a franchise as popular as this ...dare to send out something less than outstanding quality, especially for the cost of the arrangements..? Think twice about which location you order from , especially with the Easter holiday upon us. !

  I placed the order for Valentine's day. The delivery was saying it was 2 hours away on the tracker but stopped for over 2 hours. Due to the lengthy delay. I attempted to cancel the delivery, twice. After the second attempt I received a phone call from someone stating they were making the deliveries. I informed them that the recipient would not longer be at the delivery location and no one would be there to accept it. I was met with a very discourteous attitude. I paid for a product and a service and received neither. Overall this experience is something I never wish to revisit. At this point I just want a refund and to never deal with this company again.
