  Like others I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this store. Was passed down between three different sales associates (two had quit within 6 months of each other) which tells you a lot within itself. When I escalated to the manager Rick and the owner Joanne they both just ignored me and didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up via email or give me a phone call. My advice, take your business elsewhere where you are respected.

  Shoutout to Mark, I came in looking to purchase my first watch to this location and he made sure I walked out with a brand new Sea-Dweller. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and just great. Had a good quick conversation about the watch I purchased with Rick who is the manager at the location. Can’t wait for my next watch with this location.

  Had a great experience with Lee Perla Jewelers. After my Submariner was stolen, Donna helped me get a new one in a very reasonable timeframe. She was courteous and kind throughout the process and everything was seamless when picking the watch up. I would absolutely purchase another watch from Donna and Lee Perla and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a Rolex.
