  Absolutely one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Rolex retailer. I own approximately 10 Rolex watches and have been a loyal customer, yet the way I was treated at Lee Perla was completely disrespectful. The woman assisting me was extremely rude, dismissive, and judgmental from the moment I started asking about certain pieces. I was basically made to feel as though I was wasting her time and was told that the watches I was asking about were not realistic and that I should not expect to ever be offered them. There was no attempt to have a professional conversation or understand me as a customer just assumptions and a very dismissive attitude. Don’t judge a book by its cover. You never know who is standing in front of you, what their history is with the brand, or what kind of customer they may become. I have never expected to be handed a watch. What I do expect is to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was completely absent during my experience. Rolex is a brand built around prestige, excellence, and customer relationships. This interaction was the complete opposite of that. I left the store feeling genuinely disrespected. Lee Perla should seriously reconsider how customers are being treated, because you can lose a very good customer simply by making assumptions about them before you even know who they are. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not the level of service I expect from a Rolex retailer.

  Sima and Donna are fantastic! - both a wealth of knowledge and so helpful. To be honest Lee Perla is a fantastic group as a whole. They have earned my loyalty!

  Like others I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this store. Was passed down between three different sales associates (two had quit within 6 months of each other) which tells you a lot within itself. When I escalated to the manager Rick and the owner Joanne they both just ignored me and didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up via email or give me a phone call. My advice, take your business elsewhere where you are respected.
