From the moment we entered the store, he welcomed us with his warm smile to help us with an exchange and being so knowledgeable about the items and store policy. We were so impressed and this is the first review I ever left for Jcrew but I had to because Aaron was such a pleasure to work with and he went above and beyond. He made our experience at the Jcrew Hackensack store such a memorable one! Thank you Aaron and Thank you Jcrew for hiring such great sales associate! He deserves recognition and kudos for doing such a great job!

I couldn’t find the red sweater I wanted in store, and she kindly helped me order it online right away. She also helped me choose another great sweater and even shared helpful tips on how to properly wash and care for my cashmere sweaters, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was so patient and kind with my son running around, which made the experience even more stress-free. After a long day at work, it was such a relaxing and positive shopping experience. Thank you so much, Terry!

She completely shoved me out of the way as I was browsing through some clothing without saying excuse me and was catering to one woman while ignoring me completely. I don’t care for constant attention in the store but it was apparent she was being discriminatory towards me. My boyfriend went to an open dressing room and I sat outside while waiting for him as he was trying on one shirt and the woman practically ran to me to tell me she was saving that dressing room for someone else in a rude manor. I explained to her he would be quick and out in just a moment and she gave me a look. I couldn’t believe it…
