  Diego at David Yurman made our visit such a wonderful experience!!! This is my husband’s favorite jewelry brand and my engagement ring, his wedding band, necklace, bracelets as well as some matching jewelry are all from David Yurman. Diego was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to show us so many beautiful pieces and explain every detail without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We didn’t make a purchase this time but we saw so many amazing options and left feeling excited about coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to pick out the perfect birthday gift for my husband. Highly recommend asking for Diego!!!

  My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Diego and Ana, who treated us so warmly from the moment we arrived. Diego has been helping my fiancé choose our wedding bands and went above and beyond—bringing in several options and taking the time to walk us through each brand in detail. We were offered coffee and champagne, and they truly shared in our excitement when we finally chose our bands. As a long-time Yurman customer, I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. We look forward to working with Diego again and many more visits in the future.

  We visited David Yurman today to exchange a gift. Our experience with Natalia, member of the sales team was amazing. She was so patient and helpful with us. Helped us to upgrade a gift to a beautiful silver necklace. We have been loyal customers of David Yurman for many years. Natalia made our visit extraordinary.

  The service was outstanding. Ky helped me surprise my best friend with matching bracelets. She was amazing extremely knowledgeable and professionals. Awesome sense of humor as well. We really appreciated her professionalism and customer service.

  ★★★★★ We had an absolutely outstanding experience at David Yurman in The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ, and can’t say enough great things about Ana and Ky! We visited on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 for a repair, and from the moment we walked in, they were incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled with care, efficiency, and creativity... truly thinking outside the box to find the best possible solution. Their professionalism was matched only by their warmth, and they even brought some laughter into the experience, which made it all the more memorable. People are often quick to point out the negatives, so it’s just as important (if not more) to recognize and share truly positive experiences like this one. Luxury products are always special, but it’s the level of service that truly elevates the experience... and Ana and Ky exemplify what high-end customer service should be.
