I especially appreciated his insight into the brand and his thoughtful guidance on styling and how the pieces work together. Thank you, Diego, for making both visits enjoyable. There was a small issue during my visit, and Anna completely turned the experience around for me. She handled everything with such care, professionalism, and genuine kindness that I left feeling even better about the store than when I walked in. She truly went above and beyond, and they are incredibly lucky to have her. Anna is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back.

This is my husband’s favorite jewelry brand and my engagement ring, his wedding band, necklace, bracelets as well as some matching jewelry are all from David Yurman. Diego was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to show us so many beautiful pieces and explain every detail without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We didn’t make a purchase this time but we saw so many amazing options and left feeling excited about coming back. I’ll definitely be returning to pick out the perfect birthday gift for my husband.
