  Worst service I’ve received from a business. Only received one item from 3 purchased items. Nobody would ever answer the phone so i called corporate. Was told i would get a full refund but they never even placed it. Now corporate hangs up any time they hear my name. I went into the store and only 1 lady works there who speaks 0 english at all. The “owner” cannot be contacted because he works all day and cant bother him before 7pm. Store closes at 5pm. Blew 200 dollars on nothing. Most shady business i ever dealt with and with a big name i cant believe this is the case. Contacting BBB and banks.

  My kids ordered a father's day gift for me from here got a text yesterday morning if I was gonna be home i replied yes was home all day and never came they had they audacity to put delivered at 830 pm never dropped it off and I come home today which is Monday the next day and left at front door and was never notified it was sitting outside never with do business with edible arrangements again

  I see that bad reviews are quite a trend for this place so let me hop on it. I ordered a small arrangement for my grandmother and it should have been delivered the very next day. They called her to confirm the drop off address, yet it never showed up (and on my end the tracking just completely stopped). I called them the next morning and they said that it never delivered because "no one was home" (how can that be true when they called to confirm her address and she was home ALL day), the person on the phone also said they couldn't give me a time estimate of delivery when I asked for one because it was "too far" away (she lives 20 miles away, that's not far). The delivery people FINALLY get to her house the next day and low and behold, the reason the didn't deliver the day before was because they had another delivery nearby and didn't want to waste gas and time by coming when I ORDERED and PAID for them to come. Don't order from them, their delivery SUCKS. This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my grandmother and now I'm just pissed I wasted my money on this company when I could have just sent her something myself.

  Picked up a fruit gift looked nice. I don't see why so many bad reviews. I was in quick and everything turned out good

  Placed an order on 4/21 for a delivery to be on 4/24. Received and email around 3pm 4/24 stating the order had been delivered... it had not been. Multiple checks on the order tracker showed the driver was 2 stops away, then eventually 1 stop away... store was called and was advised "in transit".... Edible customer service was called around 630pm 4/24 to see what was going on and I was informed that they deliver to 7pm on weeknights. Order never showed up. Called the store 4/25 around 1120am, no answer. Another conversation with Edible customer service, they attempted to reach the store themselves, but were unable to. They canceled the order and issued a refund. Poor business franchise at this location. Looking at other reviews, I should've stayed away honestly but I didn't see them until just now. My advice? Use another store or go in person to make sure everything is handled properly.
