  My girls and I were so excited the store opened near us but unfortunately it’s very unpleasant to shop in there. The store is beautiful but it’s on the smaller side with lot of employees just walking around watching you and some pretend to be shopping and was watching my daughter as she shopped. Instead of greeting customers and asking for assistance they were just walking around and watching shoppers. I know the store is pretty new so hope that things will change.

  I came in today just to browse and Ella made my shopping experience so easy and helpful, any question I had she helped with and was very kind and sweet! Amazing employee attitude!

  Disgusting employee James how can a company hire this person. Completely unprofessional rude and seems to not want to help customers AT ALL. Always on his phone and takes forever to get any of the clothes that I ask out. I kept asking for help and he simply put his hand out to my face HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU AERIE

  What a nice store! Everyone was extremely helpful. We were looking for a very specific bralette both employees went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Excited to come shopping again!
