  Employee: -☆☆☆☆☆ One female employee deserves negative five stars. The female employee decided to lecture me and talk down to me for 15 minutes straight. She kept asking what I wanted, and I kept saying I needed to know my inseam because the 30 was too big. She looked at me and said, “You’re either a 28 or 29.” I asked if we could somehow get a measurement because I prefer not to guess. She admitted to eyeing my inseam, with two different numbers. I wanted to know exactly what it was. She offered to order a 28 and 29 for me to try on. I don’t know why she kept going in circles because I didn’t want to order multiple sizes to find out which I was, just the accurate one. She described and asked me if I knew what a tailor does and how they measure waist, inseam, etc. I said I did, and she said, well, we don’t do that here. Eventually, after 15 minutes—and that’s lowballing it—she said, “So you want just the inseam for the pants?” I said, “YES!! That’s what I’ve been asking for the entire time…” She said they can’t do that here. It almost continued again; I cut it off and just said I’ll order pants online, and she said I could look at the shirts if I want any… WORST experience in any store I’ve been in. I would rather have a McDonald’s employee spit in my food, if I ate fast food, than go in there again.

  I go every Thursday as part of my ritual! Everyone is super friendly! The store is very clean and well stocked! Andrew was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Knew all the products and helped me order more! I left very happy with my new purchases! Thank you Andrew!

  I had to exchange a pair of pants and the manager, Jessie, and staff were so completely helpful, considerate and caring. I’m very grateful.
