  Carol thank you for your time and expertise. Carol is an asset. She knows her craft and takes pride in what she does. Someone else was helping me a male staff member at first and I asked him if he had another option for size for my son and he rudely shouted NO. I knew Carol will be able to help because she has helped me before and again this time.

  Staff was very welcoming and quick to help us with whatever we needed. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Carol both times we visited the Englewood location. She was very kind and grandmotherly to her. They were all very helpful with answering questions and sizing my children quickly. It was a great experience.

  I had an amazing experience at Flynn o Hara today! Kayla was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to help me find everything I needed and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She was very patient, friendly, and made sure I was completely taken care of. I really appreciate her amazing customer service and how much she went out of her way to help me. She is truly a wonderful employee!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Flynn O’Hara while shopping for uniforms for my two kids! Ms. Carol was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and made what can sometimes feel like a stressful back-to-school task so easy and actually fun. She took the time to make sure both of my kids were comfortable in their uniforms, that everything fit properly, and even helped make sure they were happy and comfortable with their shoes. She never made us feel rushed and truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable. Customer service like this makes such a difference, especially when shopping with kids. Thank you, Ms. Carol, for your warmth, patience, and exceptional service. Flynn O’Hara is very lucky to have you! We left happy, comfortable, and completely ready for school.

  My mom and I came into the Flynn O’Hara Emerson location very unsure of what my daughter needed. (It’s her first time at a new school) we were greeted warmly by a lovely young lady named Peyton who ensured we left with every possible thing we needed. She took us at the front and then brought us to try on some of our pieces, and found everything for me in minutes! I would definitely recommend this location because of the timely service and warm employees we were met with. Thank you Flynn O’Hara and Peyton for such a memorable experience, we will definitely be back and I will one hundred percent be recommending this location to friends!
