I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the team at the Windsor store in Jersey Gardens, especially Janelle, Yazmin, and Jadyn!
I spent a few hours in the store on Saturday shopping for outfits for my Bad Bunny concert and upcoming Europe trip, and these ladies went absolutely above and beyond to help me. They were friendly, patient, fashionable, and genuinely invested in helping me find pieces that made me feel confident and excited for my trip.
Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. In fact, I even told them that it’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, and they completely restored my faith in it. They never made me feel rushed, were happy to offer suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience fun and enjoyable.
Thank you, Janelle, Yazmin, and Jadyn, for making my day and helping me put together some amazing outfits. Windsor is lucky to have such an incredible team!

I had a very disappointing experience. I bought a pair of earrings in the store, and when I tried them on for the first time, one of the pieces immediately fell off. The earrings were clearly damaged or in poor condition before I even purchased them.
When I tried to return them, I was told that I couldn’t, even though the damage was not my fault. This was extremely frustrating because the product was defective from the start. We asked to speak with the manager, but she had a poor attitude and seemed completely uninterested in helping us or understanding the situation.
After a long and exhausting discussion, she finally agreed to issue the refund through my grandmother’s card. This whole situation could have been resolved much more easily and professionally from the beginning. Instead, it turned into a stressful and draining experience that completely ruined my day.
I expected much better customer service and support, especially when the issue was caused by a defective product.

I went in the fitting room to try a dress, 1. There was no worker there. 2. I needed help from my bf when trying on a dress when he couldn’t enter, fair only there were multiple other guys inside as well. He literally saw one leave the fitting room after he was told he couldn’t enter. 3. They don’t allow guys in the fitting room but tell me why I noticed a girl open my curtain as if I wouldn’t notice her long fake nails (as I was dressing myself). 4. My boyfriend tried clarifying he’s waiting to see me and a worker said “I wasn’t talking to you”. She was blonde and had glasses. Rudest customer service, and they can’t even follow their own rules fairly to all customers. Understandable rule, only A. They aren’t consistent and B. A female peeped a CLOSED curtain. And C. They’re just straight up disrespectful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Windsor. The store promotes clothing as being “on sale,” yet the actual pricing differences are misleading and inflated, with gaps of dozens of percentage points that feel more like deceptive marketing than genuine discounts. Customers deserve transparency, not pricing tricks designed to create false urgency.
What made the experience even worse was the discriminatory treatment. I arrived with my partner, and without any clear sign or policy being communicated beforehand, I was not allowed to help her shop, give opinions, or even assist in choosing items. Treating customers differently based on gender, without proper notice, is unacceptable and disrespectful. A business should know better than to create an environment where customers feel excluded or singled out.
On top of that, the service was unpleasant and unnecessarily rude. Instead of professionalism or courtesy, the staff attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable from start to finish. No customer spending their hard-earned money should be treated this way.
If Windsor wants to charge my credit card, then they should also know how to respect me and the rest of their customers. Their customers’ money is worth far more than the poor experience they are offering.
