- EEEleanor EspirituAug 11, 20261.0Came from store at American Dream mall that had the Donkey Kong set but no more gift with purchase. Called Jersey Gardens store who said they had plenty of stock as well as many gift with purchase. I asked if they could put it on hold and they responded no need because there is a lot in stock. I arrive only for them to say sorry we sold out this morning. Why when I only called 40 mins ago and was told there was plenty. Three sales associates talking in the front were not helpful and did not make any effort to rectify, make amends or acknowledge their incompetence. Will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE for their lack of customer service and empathy. Lego has consistently shown high standards in their stores. This store is the exception. Staff needs to be retrained or perhaps they were never trained?

The LEGO Store changed the price of an item during normal store operating hours but refused to honor the price that was clearly displayed on the shelf. If a sale isn’t supposed to start until the next day, the items shouldn’t already be labeled with the sale price where customers—especially excited children—are shopping. Instead of accommodating the mistake, the store refused to honor the advertised shelf price, leaving us with a very frustrating experience. Customer service and accountability were both lacking.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
