  I went in because I wanted to buy the Meta glasses, but I wanted to try them on first to make sure I liked the fit. I’ve already purchased around 4 pairs of glasses from this store before, so I came in as a returning customer ready to buy again. I asked if the Meta glasses came in different sizes. One employee politely told me yes, but then another employee came over with a very rude and irritated attitude. She told me they had the larger size in the bag, but if I wanted to try them on, I would have to buy them first, open them in the store, and then return them if I didn’t like them. That makes absolutely no sense, especially for a returning customer who has already spent money there multiple times. I was simply trying to make sure the glasses fit before buying them. The attitude was unnecessary, the staff was not helpful, and the whole experience made me decide not to purchase anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would. After buying several pairs from this store before, I expected much better customer service.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut location, primarily because of one associate’s customer service. This wasn’t the first time. On an earlier visit, I returned a pair of sunglasses I had purchased from a Sunglass Hut outlet as a gift. The recipient didn’t want them, so I brought them here for a return, which is allowed under the company’s policy. Instead of simply processing it, the associate repeatedly tried to push me toward an exchange and seemed reluctant to complete the return. On my recent visit, I came to pick up an online order after receiving a pickup confirmation email four days earlier. The associate initially insisted my order hadn’t arrived without checking properly. Only after I asked her to check again did she find it. After opening the package, I decided to return one of the two pairs I had ordered online. The associate visibly changed her attitude once I requested the return. After the return was processed, I asked if she could dispose of the small cardboard shipping box since she had already offered me a shopping bag. She refused, saying, “We don’t have space for it in the store,” which I found unreasonable. Both experiences left me feeling that customers making returns are treated differently from those making purchases. Returns are part of the company’s policy, and customers shouldn’t feel unwelcome for using it. Because of these repeated experiences, I would not recommend this location. There are other Sunglass Hut stores that provide much better customer service.

  I came here to get my sunglasses adjusted that I had bought at a sunglass hut. They said they couldn’t and would need to replace both of the arms and would be $70 each arm. I went to a local optical store and they adjusted them perfectly in 2 minutes for free….
