- ASA SJun 27, 20262.0I love buying shoes here, but the customer service really needs improvement. There was one employee who was very nice—I think she was new—but the others just stood behind the register talking and staring, which made the atmosphere feel really uncomfortable. Some of them were just super rude they did NOT want to help or do anything. I asked if another color of the shoes I was buying was available online, and I was told, “You can check.” Isn’t it part of customer service to help customers and check for them? It was disappointing, especially since I enjoy shopping here. I hope the service improves.
