This is the only store that refuses to issue refunds back to the original payment method unless you paid through a specific app or payment system they have for, then you can only have exchange or credit store. Policies like this create unnecessary inconvenience for customers and leave a very negative impression for further shopping at store. Transparency and customer satisfaction should always come first but as always protecting their back and they just REMARK “ The policy is showed at the counter”.

They really don’t know how to deal with customers and have no customer service skills at all. Most of the time they were ignoring customers and using their phones. Whenever we asked for help, they either ignored us or just said, “We don’t know.” The staff members there were not helpful or professional at all. I know the brand itself is good, but the experience at this location was very disappointing. I would not recommend going there. It’s better to avoid visiting this store and buy from somewhere else instead.
