  What a joke I brought 2 full trash bags of new used shoes and used clothes. Waited over an hour and they did not take a single item. Don’t waste your time they don’t know what they are doing.

  First time here. Here’s my poor experience- staff was nice except for a rude tan woman with curly hair. First tells us to wait on line on one side then tells us to line up after 4 people come in on the other line. Tells us they’ll only accept 2 bags per party even though we were two separate people with IDs - then changes the rule when another mom and daughter come in. Tells us to move out of the way when she clearly sees us with bags. Ok no problem. They were super picky about the items, too and gave us a low amount. Store is a bit smelly on top of her stank attitude. I do not recommend this place. I’ve been to plenty of nice consignment type shops and this is not it. Learn to treat people with class and kindness.

  We came here 2 days in a row to sell somethings. My experience was great got a decent amount of money for ny items. The staff was super friendly and helpful both times

  Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit. The store had a strong odor that made it feel like air freshener was being used to mask the smell of used clothing. I also didn’t find much that caught my eye, as many of the items looked outdated. The shoes, in particular, appeared heavily worn despite being cleaned up for resale. Overall, I didn’t feel the selection or condition of the merchandise justified the prices. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

  Hey I don’t usually right reviews but just wanted to share my experience came in today looking to shop and was treated great and was helped with everything i needed thank you to Kayla and kim great manager answered all questions I had and were professional will def be coming back !!
