  On Sept. 11th 2026 I visited the tailors at my Menlo Park Nordstrom, the sale persons were friendly and helpful however that is where it ended. As I waited in the tailor are a lady entered... she did not greet me nor introduce herself, in fact I to aske her if she was there for me. She spoke too fast so much so that I had to ask her several times to repeat herself with seemed to annoyed her even more and made her less patient. The most disturbing this was after telling me she could do my alteration with giving an explanation as to why, she asked how much I paid for the suit jacket which has never happened to me EVER, and although it was a designer jacket I found extremely offense. I was asked by the salesman afterwards how was and I explained my concern. He sympathized and asked if I would consider returning today and give another tailor a chance to speak with me... I hope today goes better

  Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I came to this Nordstrom location to return a few items that I had purchased at Nordstrom Rack. There was nobody at the registers, so I walked around two floors trying to find someone who could help me. Finally, an employee in the perfume department told me to wait at one of the registers. I waited there for about 10 minutes, possibly longer, before an employee finally showed up. Instead of greeting me or asking how she could help, the first thing she said to me, in a very rude tone, was, “What you want?” I told her I had a return. From that moment, she was visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes, making faces, and grabbing the clothes from me without saying anything. When she got to a pair of pants, she started closely inspecting the bottom of the legs, apparently thinking they had been altered or hemmed. These pants were purchased in that exact length. Instead of simply asking me about them or explaining what the issue was, she was muttering under her breath, yanked the pants away so aggressively that they almost hit me in the face, and walked away to ask another employee something. She came back without any explanation and continued handling and throwing the clothes around on the counter in a very disrespectful manner. I have absolutely no problem with an employee inspecting merchandise during a return. The problem was the way I was treated. Rolling your eyes at a customer, muttering under your breath, aggressively grabbing merchandise, and nearly hitting a customer in the face with a pair of pants is completely unacceptable. This was one of the rudest and most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. I did not expect this kind of treatment at Nordstrom, and management should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.

  Cyrrelle is best in 2nd floor❤️🫂 First floor the Pakistani origin guy is best, I don’t remember his name but he is very helpful. He is slightly old and when asked he said he is from Lahore.

  The worst beauty department I’ve ever been to. Go to Macy’s if you want actual help. Everyone here is sitting on their phones scrolling on TikTok while you ask for help. I wanted to make a purchase for Dior and everyone refused. Clearly, the manager hires anyone in this department.
