- TATarik AwadallahSep 12, 20265.0My wife and I were at Lululemon today in Menlo Park mall and we worked with the store manager Alex. He took great care of us and had excellent customer service. He really went above and beyond to provide top notch service. I’d highly recommend this store and Alex every single time. He even gifted my wife with a complimentary diaper bag because she’s going to be a first time mom! He is the true epitome of how to run a store the right way!!

- SPSo PMar 8, 20255.0Clean minimalistic and roomy location- brought in a 2L hip sack with a broken clasp to see if there was a way to fix it while shopping, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new replacement. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me. Awesome customer service!
