- SGSher GSep 4, 20261.0I'll never be back at this store again. I asked for a price check when I was at the register and the cashier told me she couldn't because she has to help the two other customers that was in line. After I waited in line when she was attending another customer before me. But the two other customers were white so I wasn't surprised. She had no problem to service the white customer before me either. Express won't have to worry about me again
- JVJackie ValladaresJul 27, 20261.0Never been treated so poorly at a store. No hello no welcome and absolutely NO HELP. Had to find all sizes and figure everything out in the fitting room for myself. I was barked at to get in-check out line when i wanted to ask a question about the location of a sweater. BTW There were exactly 5 people in the store including the 3 in our party. The young man at the cashier with glasses and baggy clothes who looked like a beggar could not be bothered, was rude and nasty. Maybe its because he was by himself with no help and was frazzled by a customer making a return, but i did not choose his career. Petty to the end he was. We spent $525 on a Monday in the middle of the day in the middle of the summer and he was still nasty. Stating you have 30 days to exchange don’t take tags off blah blah blah. He should have just said THANK YOU!!!! He left that out!!! Never will visit Express at Menlo again. I guess he doesn’t realize that if the store does not make money it closes and he is out of job. I didn’t think common courtesy required training!
- JBJeffrey BodnarJun 29, 20265.0Mackenzie is great! I had a few issues that were handled instantly, I did not walk out of the store with any problem I walked in with. I had an extremely pleasant experience, great customer service. Thank you!
