- JVJackie ValladaresJul 27, 20261.0Never been treated so poorly at a store. No hello no welcome and absolutely NO HELP. Had to find all sizes and figure everything out in the fitting room for myself. I was barked at to get in-check out line when i wanted to ask a question about the location of a sweater. BTW There were exactly 5 people in the store including the 3 in our party. The young man at the cashier with glasses and baggy clothes who looked like a beggar could not be bothered, was rude and nasty. Maybe its because he was by himself with no help and was frazzled by a customer making a return, but i did not choose his career. Petty to the end he was. We spent $525 on a Monday in the middle of the day in the middle of the summer and he was still nasty. Stating you have 30 days to exchange don’t take tags off blah blah blah. He should have just said THANK YOU!!!! He left that out!!! Never will visit Express at Menlo again. I guess he doesn’t realize that if the store does not make money it closes and he is out of job. I didn’t think common courtesy required training!
