  Sadly didn’t catch their names but the two ladies who helped me out were wonderful and friendly! I felt very welcomed and although I wasn’t going to buy anything I was convinced to buy a pair of loafers (I think thats what they are called lol). Thank you so much!

  Ray was awesome! He was super helpful in providing multiple style and size options to find a well-fitting, and outfit-matching boot for prom for my kiddo, who is usually difficult to fit. My kiddo left the store on cloud9 after finding the perfect pair of boots, and is looking forward to wearing them for the occasion, and for years to come!

  The female employees at this store are great but the dude is the worst. Is he the manager? I don’t think he understands how shopping works. He pushes you to try on the first pair you interact with and then bombards you with questions and statements about how much other people love that style, even if you’re clearly saying you don’t. He’s very condescending, and cuts you off while you’re speaking. I didn’t look at any other styles unfortunately because he made me immediately want to leave his presence. He’s done this on multiple visits. I own many pairs of docs and will stick with ordering online or drive a hour to Paramus just to never have to interact with this strange man again. I tried looking on the docs website to relay this info to corporate- couldn’t find anything. Hope they read here. I see another recent comment saying similar. I feel bad for the employees that have to work with him.

  This is my second time in the store… They are super pushy and aggressive. Sadly, I will not be returning to this store.

  Very attentive sales reps. She informed me which boots were vegan and shared the history of them being brought out and new, upbeat styles were added. I wear women's size 11, which was too tight at the toe so I ended up with a patent leather dark green pair in men's. A little too wide as they don't have half sizes so I'll be wearing 2 pairs of socks with them.
