  I’ve visited American Eagle three times recently while searching for jeans, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on the customer experience. Even the employees behind the register aren’t simply ringing up purchases—they take the time to answer questions and help however they can. Jasmine really went out of her way to help me find the right jeans, and I greatly appreciated her patience and attention. I’ve also interacted with Tyler, the Store Manager, more than once. He is incredibly engaged with both his customers and his team. You can immediately tell that the store has a positive, upbeat energy and that great customer service starts with his leadership. There was also a very sweet and helpful young man who assisted me today. Unfortunately, his name slipped my mind, but my receipt shows KT5069, and I hope he receives recognition as well. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and connected to the customer experience. Great teamwork deserves to be acknowledged, and this entire team is doing an excellent job!

  My daughter Adina and I came in today. She was looking to start building up her school new wardrobe for school. We were lucky to meet Sabrina who was so kind and helpful! She took her time to deliver true customer service and is an amazing person! Thanks for making our visit a wonderful one. BH

  I came the other day to do an American eagle return and also had an aerie return. I asked the cashier if I could also do the return for aerie here and she said yes. The black female manager had come over while the associate was doing my aerie return and told me that next time I can return it upstairs at the aerie store since they don’t sell aerie here. I know they don’t and I know there’s a store upstairs but if I’m here and can do both why would it be an issue? I had no problem going upstairs if they weren’t able to but they are according to American eagle’s policy so why even comment that. The associate was nice but the manager was rude and off putting. The comment was unnecessary

  Straightforward return, but only a couple people working the store. One restocking, the other at the register with a line... and that line was slow.
