  My daughter Adina and I came in today. She was looking to start building up her school new wardrobe for school. We were lucky to meet Sabrina who was so kind and helpful! She took her time to deliver true customer service and is an amazing person! Thanks for making our visit a wonderful one. BH

  I came the other day to do an American eagle return and also had an aerie return. I asked the cashier if I could also do the return for aerie here and she said yes. The black female manager had come over while the associate was doing my aerie return and told me that next time I can return it upstairs at the aerie store since they don’t sell aerie here. I know they don’t and I know there’s a store upstairs but if I’m here and can do both why would it be an issue? I had no problem going upstairs if they weren’t able to but they are according to American eagle’s policy so why even comment that. The associate was nice but the manager was rude and off putting. The comment was unnecessary

  Straightforward return, but only a couple people working the store. One restocking, the other at the register with a line... and that line was slow.

  Very nice store but they carry stuff for youngsters only , not much for mature man , i don't know how people wear those tight slim pants ? I can't even breath well while wearing those 😂😂 they should carry some regular fit stuff too.
