  Expensive! $40 for RSO syringe... can get exact same for $27-28 at other dispensaries. Unless products are on sale, be willing to pay more $.

  Let me be honest. When I first started coming here I was nervous and thrown off! Budtender Amber was just all over the place and she didn’t seem to know her stuff as much as she thought. But I paid a visit after talking to one of the most patient budtenders ever I believe Dylan was his name. I’m hard of hearing so his patience was definitely appreciated. I then came into the store and was greeted my the supervisor in duty kneqwa and boy oh boy did she blow me out the park! Amazing customer service skills. Respectful and she even walked me through the kiosk. What made it even memorable is although she didn’t know much she used her sign language skills to help me through my purchase and I think that made me realize this was a store for me. The vibe the staff and the right supervision I love it. Keep it up east coast team!

  First time there today and was impressed. User-friendly website, great product availability, great sales & pricing, and an extremely nice staff. Dispensary has a great flow of operations. Smooth system in place for pre-orders, which i appreciate. My Budtender, Sierra, was really kind and educated me on some add-on specials they had for the day. Ill be back👍

  I am a medical patient. No big deal but I suggest that you do your research first. This dispensary is recreation only- which is not a biggie, right? Except they don’t waive tax for medical patients here … @ AYR in Eatontown - they waive Recreational tax for medical. A knowledgable bud tender is also SO important (to me). Upon arrival @ EC a bartender asked if they could help me during the ordering process (which has to be done electronically before you go back to their counter and talk to a human!) and I accepted the ‘help’ but instantly instead I found I was the one “educating” the ‘bud tender’ about what A sativa versus an Indica was. I like my bud tenders knowledgeable first and foremost. Secondly, I absolutely understand the growing pains of a new place opening and that mistakes happen; FOR a short period of time. But c Mon …it’s every visit. I am a homeowner in eatontown and support locally all the way. I love to try them all bc there are different deals different days everywhere and different reward systems….this place needs work before I use my time and money here again or consider recommending it to anyone! My BIGGEST issue with east coast dispensary is the errors almost every time. The time it takes to get my product from arrival to departure is SO long and there is ALWAYS a system issue of some sort that never works in the customers favor. This is the purpose of me sharing my experience most of all: Yesterday Thursday July 29 2026 at 11:30 AM I walked in and was ahead of one person. I placed an order for one pre-rolled and proceed the counter to pay and pick up- simple ya think right? Should be In-N-Out. NOPE of course not…. Again ….. Their system went down & this time it was when they were processing my payment. I was charged. I paid for product that I was unable to obtain and leave with after 15 mins of waiting !!!!!! Bc they didn’t have any record of it in their end and my app only showed the pending withdrawal Now I was expecting to be in and out so fast-forward to 15 minutes later I have no product there’s no manager on site to talk to me and I leave empty-handed. Fast forward to 330 when I had to pop back in To speak with a manager …. Which was already annoying as hell, she didn’t care. She made it sound like it was an everyday occurrence that she charges her customers, and they only live with product. She was not apologetic. She did not offer a solution. She actually even said we’ll see you in three business days. If your bank has charged you then you can come in and get your product. Like what? I hate that I have to even go back in there today to get my product that I dont want so I hope they can just refund. Just saying to do your research before you spend your time, money and energy to fight with their shitty parking lot and walk in there.
