  Exceptional customer service from start to finish. The team at Watches of Switzerland went above and beyond while helping me purchase my new Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT. Kelvin Taveras was knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, including custom-sizing the bracelet to perfection. Truly a first-class buying experience. I will definitely be returning for my next timepiece. The coffee was great, too.

  I called in over the phone to make an appointment and spoke Mariella who was able to confirm an appointment time of 3:45 so that i can discuss watch availability, as i walked in i was greeted by the entire staff and instantly was connected with Sarah.Sarah was amazing i never felt rushed and was offered an ice cold glass of sparkling water as we discussed the watch configuration i was looking for. She took the time to show me the different materials and and bezels. She mustve shown me 10 different pieces. We ended up discussing ordering the watch i wanted as it was not in stock. Which is totally fine. Im a firm believer that if you want something its worth waiting for. I asked about Cartier availability and ended up landing on a beautiful Large Cartier Santos in blue Ive been wanting to purchase a watch like this for over a year maybe even since i was a kidz and Sarah really made it not only a purchase but an experience! i not only fell in love with the watch but i truly might not have purchased this watch had it not been for Sarahs patience and knowledge. I look forward to many more purchases with you as the process was impeccable! It didn’t even feel as if it was a transaction. I felt like i was conversing with a friend the whole time time. Sarah thank you and the whole Watches of Switzerland team at the American dream. You guys literally made my dream come true!!!

  I’ve had an excellent experience with Watches of Switzerland and with Moe. I’ve purchased two watches through him so far, and both experiences have been exceptional from start to finish. Moe is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and passionate about watches. He takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, never makes the process feel rushed or transactional, and makes each purchase feel special. What stands out even more is the level of service he and Watches of Switzerland provide both before and after the sale. Another benefit I appreciated is that Watches of Switzerland automatically provides 10 days of free insurance coverage on watches they sell, including coverage for theft, damage, and other risks, which adds an extra level of peace of mind with the purchase. When I had an appointment that ultimately led to purchasing my second watch, there was a large event taking place around the mall that made traffic heavier than usual and parking very limited. A number of parking areas were closed, and one of the lots close to Watches of Switzerland was temporarily being restricted to employees only. I called Moe to let him know I was running late because of the situation. Not only did he offer to come out and help me with parking, but he spoke with the security guard and was able to arrange for me to park in that area during the event. My experience after purchasing my first watch was just as impressive. I later noticed a very small hair inside the crystal and contacted Moe to help coordinate with one of their watchmakers to have it corrected. Instead, Moe went above and beyond and was able to arrange for a brand new replacement watch altogether. The level of service and communication have been consistently excellent, which is exactly what you hope for when building a relationship with a watch retailer. Moe has shown that the relationship does not end once the sale is completed. And that makes the difference. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Moe and adding more timepieces to my collection from Watches of Switzerland. Highly recommend Watches of Switzerland and Moe to anyone looking for a great watch-buying experience.

  I visited the American Dream Mall WoS today to buy my wife a birthday gift. We were immediately welcomed by Steve, who was very friendly and knowledgable from the start. After trying on a few watches, my wife landed on the blue Omega AT. Thanks for all your help today Steve - you made my wife’s birthday extra special for us!
