  From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left, we had an outstanding experience. Kelvin provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire visit. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through our purchase, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.   There’s no better way to celebrate life’s milestones than with a great watch. Over the past couple of years, I’ve purchased several watches from Watches of Switzerland. Most recently, we picked up a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 for my son’s graduation. Every experience at WOS has been exceptional. A special thank you to Mariella for always making us feel welcome and valued. She understands how important these watches are to our family and has made every purchase a memorable experience. Steve has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and Phil made my son’s graduation watch presentation a moment our family will never forget. Thank you to Mariella, Steve, Phil, and the entire Watches of Switzerland team. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done and look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you

  I went to Watches of Switzerland in the Summer of 2025 to inquire about a Rolex Explorer which I talked with Philip about which ultimately did come to fruition as he told me to come in with the watch available just under a month later. After I had become interested in another Rolex to add to my collection, I visited again in February 2026 and wanted to express interest in purchasing another Rolex model. During my visit I was informed that Philip had been promoted and I would be taken care of by another sales associate which I didn’t mind at all. This was because I was used to a great level of service after having dealt with Philip so I didn’t think anything of it. However, I had been assigned another associate, Michael, who during my visit discussing another Rolex purchase, mentioned I would need to spend at least $10,000 on other brands in order to be able to have the ability to purchase the Rolex watch I wanted. What was a bit peculiar is that he almost whispered to me this proposition. I reluctantly still expressed my watches after hearing that because I was still very interested in the watch mentioned. But, it left me a very bitter taste as I felt that is a very corrupt and unfair practice especially as a returning customer. Ever since I came back I was told that Michael was no longer my sales associate. I had since returned and was assigned another sales associate, but I’m very disheartened by this experience and disappointed especially since I had heard of Watches of Switzerland being a well regarded retailer. It has now been months since I had been assigned now my third sales associate and I still haven’t heard back about the possibility of making a purchase for my desired watch. I still am looking to continue doing business with the brand, but this definitely does need to be addressed.

  Couldn’t recommend more highly. Ask for Kelvin. I've been coming here for years and every single visit has been a genuinely great experience. No pressure, no pretense. Just real conversations about watches with people who clearly know how to build connections. The entire WoS team is fantastic, but Kelvin is the reason I keep coming back. He remembers who you are, what you love, what makes you tick (pun intended) and makes every purchase feel like an event rather than a transaction. The man turns buying a watch into a memory. Whether I’m buying for myself or for others, Kelvin handles the experience with exactly the kind of class and personal touch you hope for but don’t often get. And when the dream piece comes in, the experience is special because he makes it special. Build your relationship here. Kelvin and the team will take care of you.   I rarely leave reviews, but Katherine absolutely deserves the recognition. Over the course of my visits to Watches of Switzerland, she has been consistently outstanding. Every single time I’ve worked with her, she has greeted me warmly, treated me with genuine respect, and delivered the same exceptional level of service. Katherine made the entire experience for my white dial Omega Speedmaster enjoyable from start to finish. Her knowledge horology is impressive, but what stood out even more was her professionalism, patience, and authenticity. Whether it was my first visit or a later one, Katherine always remembered previous conversations and provided the same high standard every time. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about both her work ethic and her commitment to her clients. Luxury retail is about creating an experience that matches the product, and Katherine does exactly that. She is a tremendous asset to Watches of Switzerland and someone who builds lasting relationships, not just sales.
