  I went to pick up shoes and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy and I was in and out within 15 min.

  I bought a bag at a store I thought it was a good deal but it turned out it was more expensive than the website on the day I bought it. I didn’t come back to this store until two weeks later. However, the website changes the price back so I clearly can’t get the price difference and also the staff act like they own the place and gave me an attitude when I want to return it.

  Upon arrival my husband and i were greeted by a gentleman at the front of the store folding clothes. As head back to feet wear, my husband found a pair that he wanted and we looked over at a rep chatting up with coworker but we still asked for a size. The rep repeated our order and came out with two pairs that were different style than the one we wanted and a completely different size. When we told him that he brought out the incorrect style and size he frustratedly went to the back to checked to see if they had it. The rep showed lack of eye contact and basic customer service skills. He would cut us off and walk away as were trying work and see what options they had. Every time he went to the back you could still hear him chatting away with his coworker. What made thing worse is that it seemed like he was annoyed by having to fo back and forth to check on the item we wanted. His tone and body language while speaking with us was not welcoming. Had he spent the five minutes focused on helping us correctly he would not have to go to the back four times. My husband and i walked out with zero help from anyone else on the floor.
