  I walked in with my boyfriend to get him those new loafers. The shoe that was on display was the same size as he wears. As he sits down to try it on, some lady with short hair straight up SNATCHES the shoe from his hand and says that he can't try on the display shoe due to "company policy". Walked immediately out. Im completely baffled. As a company you should aim for customers comfort, regardless of policy it should be nicely explained instead. There was no reason for this interaction. Vans, do better.

  I tried to reach regarding with my order. However they do not pick up their phone and it says that this number is not in service. Additionally, this number is what official vans customer service provided and confirmed. Very inconvenient that I have to go in person to fix the problem.

  I can barely look at anything without being followed by this woman with gel hair. Anything I touch she follows me like a shadow, pretty annoying and its giving desperate.

  I visited the dream yesterday, and I found the attitude of one employee very appalling. I don't know what the main issue was, but one employee (with red highlights in her hair) was with a customer at the front register when another employee (with short, black hair) interjected about something with the customer. I don't know what the lady with the short, black hair said, but the customer seemed agitated with her. Once the transaction was over, the woman with the short hair started berating the girl with the red highlights. The girl with the red highlights clearly seemed uncomfortable, but it took ANOTHER employee to point that out to her. I don’t know what her deal it but I found that interaction from the woman with short black hair incredibly unprofessional.

  Upon arrival my husband and i were greeted by a gentleman at the front of the store folding clothes. As head back to feet wear, my husband found a pair that he wanted and we looked over at a rep chatting up with coworker but we still asked for a size. The rep repeated our order and came out with two pairs that were different style than the one we wanted and a completely different size. When we told him that he brought out the incorrect style and size he frustratedly went to the back to checked to see if they had it. The rep showed lack of eye contact and basic customer service skills. He would cut us off and walk away as were trying work and see what options they had. Every time he went to the back you could still hear him chatting away with his coworker. What made thing worse is that it seemed like he was annoyed by having to fo back and forth to check on the item we wanted. His tone and body language while speaking with us was not welcoming. Had he spent the five minutes focused on helping us correctly he would not have to go to the back four times. My husband and i walked out with zero help from anyone else on the floor.
