Great experience shopping here for the first time when I was looking for a jacket. Rob made great recommendations and was very helpful with finding the right fit & size.
This review is directed to Saint Laurent corporate because my experience at the boutique was completely unacceptable.
Rob, one of the sales associates, behaved in a way that was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for a luxury retail environment. During my visit he repeatedly tried to pressure me into drinking liquor with him at around 1pm. I declined multiple times, yet he continued insisting. This alone was uncomfortable, but it escalated further when he began making strange personal comments such as “you better not cheat on me,” which were completely inappropriate and unrelated to a customer interaction.
As a modest Jewish woman, I found this behavior deeply disrespectful and unsettling. A luxury boutique should be a place where customers feel welcomed, safe, and respected — not pressured into drinking alcohol or subjected to personal comments from staff.
This experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and it reflects very poorly on the professionalism expected from the Saint Laurent brand. I hope corporate leadership reviews this situation seriously and ensures that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism that a brand like Saint Laurent claims to represent.

I am writing to share feedback regarding an outstanding in-store experience I had yesterday at your American Dream Mall location.
During my visit, I purchased a crossbody bag for my wife and a pair of loafer shoes, which I can confidently say are the best shoes I have ever owned. Beyond the quality of the products, the service itself truly stood out.
I was assisted by Johnathon Rosato, and his professionalism, product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made this shopping experience exceptional. It was, without question, the best retail experience I have had in several years. Johnathon created a memorable, effortless, and elevated experience that reflects the very best of the brand.
He is a true asset to the store and to Saint Laurent as a whole, and I felt it was important that his leadership and management be made aware of the level of service he provides. I will be returning to purchase additional items and intend to work with him directly moving forward.

My recent visit to the Saint Laurent boutique was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere shifted and I felt unwelcome and deliberately ignored.
What escalated the situation from poor service to outright discrimination was overhearing a sales associate, identified as Rob, refer to me to his coworkers using a racial slur. Hearing such language in a luxury retail environment was shocking, humiliating, and completely inexcusable.
No customer should be subjected to disrespect, prejudice, or hostility when entering a store — especially one that represents a global luxury brand. This experience reflects a serious failure in staff professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and management oversight.
I urge corporate leadership to investigate this incident, address staff conduct, and implement stronger training and accountability measures to ensure every customer is treated with dignity and respect.
