  Jackie was a pleasure to work with! I needed to make an exchange and she made the process a breeze. She was kind and sweet and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to order the item I wanted and communicated the entire time to let me know when it would arrive. Her customer service is truly outstanding - it felt like a friend was helping me throughout the entire process. Highly recommend stopping in and shopping with Jackie if you’re able to!

  I visited this store recently and I believe I was assisted by the store manager (jennifer) on the second level. And I just have to say… she has the most dry personality I’ve ever witnessed in a luxury store. She was very unpleasant and unresponsive to every question I asked.. it’s like she didn’t even want to help me. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.
